Besides being done in the spirit of Halloween and because big, strong anthro dinosaurs look good in bodysuits, this was done as a reference to corresponding voice actors: Sam Vincent, who voices Stegz and Krypto the Superdog, and Scott McNeill, who voices T-Bone and Ace Bat-Hound.
