Basically The English Rivera mostly i would have to say is the Area of Torbay, which Is Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham. And of course is labled the English Rivera as it has lovely coast line and alot of Palm Trees :) And it was a very popular place for people from big cities such as London to come down and Holiday here!
