An older piece I drew a while ago of an infamous starship in my setting This time its a Unitary Republik vessel known as the Jonas Fluch, an escort destroyer with a history of bad juju and unfortunate accidents inflicted upon its crew during both war and peacetime which have included reports of hauntings, hallucinations, and sudden violent outbursts from crew members, giving the ship's reputation being cursed by some wicked entity. Eventually, tragedy struck when all hands onboard was considered lost when the ship vanished into the Ather realm upon activating its FTL drives and failed to return at its expected location. Rumors among merchant sailors however, indicate a more disturbing fate of the Jonas Fluch and her crew, with civilian merchant vessels now being hunted and destroyed down by a ship matching the description of a Basilisk class. Said ship was reported to be constantly surrounded by a ghastly shroud of black fog and the ship having a more "demonic" appearance, the howling of thousands of dammed souls screeching through their intercoms, and could seemingly disappear and reappear at any moment. The hull name "JONAS HOLLE' could be vaguely made out by its unfortunate victims. Whether these rumors have any merit or are a bunch of sailor's horror tales are have yet to be fully determined.
