A tiny cosplay convention I was invited to, It was meant to be my small mostly dead larp group in the 'arena' getting folks to fight us. I ran into a fellow suiter, cool guy. also was trying out a new tunic a friend gave me, wasn't to good, going to just not be lazy and get one off a larp sight lol

Yeah I was tempted to try and make clothing but decided against it. I do have a question though for your cape with the skaven-y checkerboard pattern. How did you make it like that? Considering trying to put that on the shirt I ordered to make it seem more Skurvy like.

Well the way I did it was rather crude, just lay the cloth down, make sure to weigh down the sides so it wont fold in. grab your paint and go to town on it. I paint/draw the triangle pattern before filling them in. its like a buncha triforces all lined up. lol

I mean it looking a bit slapdash is very Skaven so it fits great! But what kind of paint to you suggest for cotton? I have the shirt now but will be trying to dye it yellow - for clan Skurvy - and then adding on the diamonds to make it seem more Skaven-y.

I do like the red fabric in the eyeholes simulating properly red Skaven eyes. It's a nice effect!

A funny fact, that's not cloth. its actually metal. I found Velcro in the mask holding them in place, and pulled on it, panicked thinking I ruined the mask, so ended up gluing them back in not realizing they could be removed lol.
