From reading your comment, I have 2 answers: 1) The OTHER lugia is an undescribed random Lugia that serves the purpose of making you think about how someone like the shadow Lugia above isn't even the best one out of another. and 2) It's basically like regular fighting but with lots of tongues and utilizing them in ways to wrap the other opponent until they are K.O'ed. I didn't think of it much beyond this concept so I have no clue what the rules are. Someone might one day though, but not me, lmao.
