Here’s my take on a classic Canadian dinner staple!
Here’s what I used:
1 small onion (sliced, grilled and caramelized)
4 slices of cheese
Peameal bacon (3 slices cooked)
Dijon Mustard
Yellow mustard
Onion jam
Here’s how I did it
1-cook onions on grill with vinegar and mustard powder until caramelized
2-cook bacon until both sides are well done
3-assemble your sandwich
4-enjoy with your favourite side
