I hate when these programs take art without consent and try to claim it as it's own.
When an art website (Deviantart) asks you if you want your art to be included in third-party datasets, Opt out of it.
Fact: In January 2023, Deviantart had a lawsuit where they were fined $1M for infringing off artists work by using it in AI without consent.
