So this is one of two images that someone won from my halloween ych auction, which is still open until the end of October. This image is the Cerberus candy specifically, which causes the consumer to end up sporting an extra 2 heads. For this stitched up roo, seems that they also have a desire to chow down on sweets just as much as the original.
