I'm surprised with the lack of art I've seen on this. Anyway, believe it or not, this is sorta a joke, just in that it's Sonic asking about a Relief Fund, rather than running and helping.

Totally set up my new scanner/printer/thing for this one. It's gonna take some getting used to, but I think I'll like Waspy better than Starscream.
