Chicken and egg fried cauliflower rice
A Keto-Friendly take on a classic oriental dish without the grains!
Here’s how I made it:
1-in a hot pan or wok, cook cauliflower rice until all water is absorbed
2-crack 2 eggs and scramble and cook until eggs are fluffy and cooked (careful not to burn!)
3-add choice proteins along with your sauces+spices and mix together on medium until all ingredients are combined (careful not to burn!)
4-plate and enjoy!
