It’s a normal illustration, I don't think this needs to be marked as an adult, even if there is a very attractive "trophies".
There are bone furniture and accessories everywhere, plus some undead embellishments. This is a room of the necromancer!

It depends on what you think! He just enjoys conversing with the souls, get to know them. Instead of making the souls do his bidding, he communes with the souls for a cause.
He also can bring the dead back but as undead, with memories and personalities retained. He doesn't consider himself evil per se.
