Knightmare frames ???

I really like the mechs from code geass. Although I definitely prefer the grunt mechs to the protag ones. But like, how does the skate thing work. the foot kind of just slides along the ground. Here I've replaced the front foot with another wheel, and added a bit more articulation to the whole thing.
