Original description: The lone guardian of a mysterious and dark land, Gotsu Raknid is very loosely based off the one of the "Scrap Species" that the Digimon's dark slaves have vanquished in the past. Galloping and leaping through shots fired in panic at the sight of such a strange creature, Gotsu Raknid goes in to slash at his enemies' faces. Though an emotionless and uncaring Digi-master, he enjoys scaring careless explorers and unarmed travellers away from whatever secret he guards.

Unlike other Gotsumon, half of his stone skin is missing, exposing the wet, painless muscle beneath. But his vital organs are well protected indeed, not only by the hardened stone skin, but by his tendency towards mobility and even ranged firepower. Gotsu Raknid is not only armed with twin Mega Busters, but also his Digi-master weapon, the Twilight Stinger. A strange weapon that fires a laser that causes irritation in the victim's skin, distracting them. Gotsu Raknid is to be battled with caution.

Second Digi Master in, and we've already got a particularly weird design. Expect that to be the norm for these fellows. Nowaday's it's name is Scrap Gotsumon, and I do admit that I did the idea of a Gotsumon Digi Master a little bit of disservice since these guys are supposed to be pretty scary looking, but the face looks more like a normal Robot Master looking deal than anything. You can find his final design on my Newgrounds, in fact, which looks much more grotesque and threatening.
