Breaking a long hiatus in pen and paper roleplaying apparently broke my long hiatus in sketching too, resulting in a lot of bear sketches.
Most of them were related to the role playing session and so were left with the host in accordance with the ancient ways, but this one wound up in my sketchpad so I brought it home and scanned it.
There's a good explanation for the bears.

One of the player characters could transform into a bear, but her elder brother could do that too, and he was way better than her at everything, something he loved to take any excuse to demonstrate. That resulted in a bunch of drawings of, among other things, a bear balancing on his toes on the backrest of a chair balanced on one leg on a beach ball, while juggling burning daggers in one hand, and reading "War and Peace", all completely effortlessly.
Another series of drawings was of a bear doing martial arts. The bear doing Chun Li's helicopter kick turned out so sexy I wanted to draw something similar but larger. It turned into this, and wasn't nearly as sexy.
