So, funny story: the other night, I was trying to sleep, when a bat smashed into my window. I ran to turn the light on and it was not only HUGE, but it just...stared at me when the light was cut on, as if sizing me up through the glass.
...And then it left.
It was screeching up a storm when it hit the glass, then saw me, then just quietly flew away. IDK why, but it inspired me to create this: Alistair Bloodmoon.
I've been wanting to create more anthro "villains" in the same vein as Rigel, but didn't know what I wanted. Who would've thought some random bat would be the inspiration I was looking for. I think that while Rigel is more like a galactic conqueror, I think Alistair is more like an evil wizard. The kind to rule a small band of mooks like Skeletor or Mumm-ra.
In D&D Terms; if Rigel is a blood soaked Paladin, making a vow to conquer all, Alistair is probably some kind of power hungry Wizard who might have a higher CON and STR then you'd expect.
