Havoc is a no nonsense tough guy. Born in extreme poverty and having lost his parents at a young age makes him very difficult to relate too. He lives on the strees as a small time criminal attempting to make it in the world.

He is a fennec fox so he stands at about 0.711 meters (2'4") and weighs about 1.5 stone (35lbs). He has dark green/black fur and sea blue eyes. He has a sharp rough voice from the abuse of the streets.

He drinks alot and is thrifty with cash. He's ticklish but doesn't really enjoy it to much, ruined by the street life, however foreplay tickling is still enjoyable.
