I loved this one, first time using colours on my drawings and yush! thi was submitted for another contest hope this one wins again :D
took me about 3 hours, actually I got inspired with this image:

PD: for the ones that are asking themselves "why he has blue fur?", the purpose I gave was to make it look like a water elemental fox(thats why hes enjoying the rain), maybe I should be more explicit XP
