Here's another new character who has been kicking around in my head for a while. This is Helena, an anthro tiger shark. Her people are very nomadic when they are young, their wanderlust taking them on a life of travel as they find themselves through new experiences. Usually swimming from place to place, they stop mostly in coastal areas, spending a year or two doing odd jobs for lodging before moving on. On meeting a special someone, two tiger sharks might travel together for a while before either parting ways or deciding to settle down and put down roots. Their clothing is usually handmade, easy to repair, quick-drying, and suitable as both swimwear and surface clothing.
Helena is still in her wanderlust, and is traveling with her boyfriend Sven. She adores Sven for bucking the trend among male sharks towards bravado. Helena is friendly, social, and knows at least a little bit about just about everything from her travels and varied part-time work. She has a swimmer's build, as one might expect with how much time she spends in the ocean.

I'm going to have to do a little hand-waving on biology here and say that she can survive in and out of water without limit. Call it part of the anthro-ing that she has fully working lungs without her gills not working. Or drying out or whatever. ... Somehow. >_>
This is very very beautiful. You are very talented, and I really like this. I just have one problem. That headfin. Sharks don't have headfins! They have a first and second BACK fin. Headfins on shark anthros are a pet peeve of mine, so I'm sorry if I seem harsh, but I hate seeing people do that. Again though, your artwork is very good and I drool at this. Great job, minus that one detail that makes me furious.
