I've wanted to get more art of Embarr for quite a while now. Embarr was Ciara's first friend from before she came to Oseille and he was every bit as important a part of her life as Niamh is. He was bred to be a war horse and at 18 hh (6ft at the withers) he's the biggest horse on Viridis. Fortunately, Embarr's hatred of saddles convinced his handlers that he was untrainable, so nobody particularly cared when Ciara took him with her on her flight from the Siege of Cearnach. Since then he has acted as Ciara's companion and guardian and he regards her as a sort of sister.
There is another picture of Ciara and Embarr together, which Eliki drew for me a year ago.

No, unfortunately I don't have any other art of him beyond this piece and the one you drew for me. I am waiting on another commission of him with Ciara, though. Poor Embarr. It's so rare to find any furry artist who actually draws horses, never mind non-anthro horses, that I've been kind of hesitant to try to commission anyone to draw him. But I do hope to get some more work of him done before too long. I do like his pose, My Little Pony influence and all. I'm not sure Embarr would appreciate the comparison, but that's okay because he doesn't understand a word of English.
*Grins* As for sugar lumps, you never know. Horses can be awfully sneaky when treats are involved. But he'd be your friend in any case.
