as far as i know, the rudyard kipling state. the author of the jungle book, and something about altering the characters outside the book lore...i knoew, souns stupid af, but apparently it is the reason why talerspin baloo and shere khan are vaulted.

basically. all talespin characters can appear except baloo, shere khan and louie....yes, even louie.... that might be the reason why they didnt mention baloo on ducktales 2017...which is good, cus if they ruined kit the way they did on that show...i just cant imagine what they would have done with baloo.
