= Oleana =
Oleana contains a surprisingly technological savvy civilization under its endless blue waves. This ocean-bound planet is so successful that they're home of one of the major companies in the neighboring star systems. Able to produce pressure resillient machinery and goods, Oleana's culture is mostly about style, finesse, and an easy-going lifestyle that can literally be boiled down to the phrase, "Go with the flow". The physical variation of Oleanans come from the tendrils of their body, and their abdominal fins being either a tail or a set of legs. There was once a long running war whether or not it was superior for an Oleanan to have legs. In the end they still need water to survive and they're all natural swimming prodigies, and they cannot survive on dry land... so it did not matter, and the war ended after a sea of ultimately useless propaganda against eachother. In present day, Oleanans live in total harmony with eachother.
The insides of an Oleanan are blue much like the outsides, they are comparable to slimes, and or jellyfish. Their bodies have overtime evolved to also produce oxygen for their gastric passengers, making them extremely effective living submarines that can withstand abyssal pressure, but rescue operatives for flood victims on other planets. Special gear is provided to help Oleanans survive on more dry and or hot planets, but they are entirely fireproof! Meaning an Oleanan could swallow down a Firim and easily withstand their body burning in them. The texture of these stomach walls are squishy, and plush. So Oleanans will use the pressure of the ocean itself to help keep prey nice and snug while they swim about. Firsthand reports compare it to waterbeds! Vubblies, sadly, cannot achieve the level of aquatic comfort and care an Oleanan can.
