Thermite wasn't enjoying Marvin's jog quite as much as Marvin was. Stuck to the bottom of the moose's sandal, he had to endure getting compressed flatter and flatter with each heavy step.
Getting the fourth panel showing a closeup of the sandal in shadow actually took a few attempts to render correctly, as Unreal's Lumen lighting system needs time to adjust to big changes in lighting from one frame to the next and so it kept rendering with weird lighting artefacts. Turned out the Movie Render Queue tried to treat this as an animation rather than a series of individual renders. Ultimately I had to manually split the camera cut track into different shots for each frame and set the renderer to wait a little bit before trying to render a new shot, which gave the lighting time to adjust properly.

A bull after my own heart. ~<3
Not only so casual about trampling Thermite in passing, but equally if not moreso in how he just -keeps- going, crunching the poor guy flatter and flatter still over time.
One might even suspect he was using his power for this, just a question of if he's fulfilling his interests, or Therm's.

Thanks to Marvin's power (and just the rules my art/universe operates on in general) he knows that Thermite won't actually get seriously hurt from it, just cartoonishly flattened and maybe pretty sore for a while. Just enough pain to teach Thermite a lesson but nothing that will permanently scar him, physically or otherwise.
