Before meeting Deinar, Chaynce was very much 'one of the boys'. Partly because with her physique, both pre and perhaps even post puberty, it was easier to pass as one. A member of her school's baseball team all the way through high school, she had even tried dating some a few girls but it never seemed to work out, ending up more platonic and wanting 'get tips' from there more often than not. She still retains this boyish streak to this day, but, as she helped boost Deinar's confidence, so too, did he help her explore a more feminine side.
