This navigation always keeps the stories in the intended chronological reading order though not necessarily production order. If you ever are confused about when a story takes place use the navigation buttons.Rhelki finally get's another story though she might wish she didn't. This takes place contemporaneously with Felix's mishap. It probably is a slightly better read after that one (the ending will at least be less confusing), but I think they can exist in any order (and with the length of Felix's story I can see being hesitant to pick that up if you haven't already).

Oh no! That's seriously awful and no-one including Rhelki even knows anything happened. You've set up an interesting moral question with this whole setting, if Felix and Kaj put things back to the way they were then they're destroying many other lives by doing that. I'm curious about what's going to happen when Keitèl appears on the scene.
And you could in a sense say this is just about example of Kaj messing up Rhelki's life just on a scale writ large.
I have to admit the last line made me smile, wonder who'd volunteer to test that out ;)

Yeah, I am interested in a lot of the moral conundrums of what they did. I it'll be interesting as the characters learn just how much they changed and how they feel about it. I do have an eventual end plan for Felix's story, but there's a ton of story content to get there.
To be fair, I decided early on that Rhelki's life wasn't really effected by this. It also makes it easier to write the story of her parents so that the canonical nature of that isn't really going to change. Although I guess it would have happened in the original reality if it did anyways so would still be cannon. It's just easier this way.
I will say that I was far more cruel to Rüsin here (and to a slightly lessor extent Keitèl) although that's more implied and not as spelled out.
And that ending... I know I wouldn't be a test subject. Someone else can go first.

I look forward to reading it! And well Rhelki just lost a friend, and she doesn't seem to be someone who makes friends easily. Interesting, I didn't catch that until you mentioned it, still not entirely sure what you mean but as you say it's implied.
And you aren't kidding ;)

By implied I was just saying that there were a number of changes between Rüsin's story here and in Tooth and Sword. Like here his father is alive, but distant and never at home. In the other one he's dead, but Rüsin is on a quest for vengeance for him and for some reason Keitèl was the one who killed him.
I was a bit worried Kaj was going to try something during the lunar eclipse event but I can't say I had expected that. Bright side: Rhelki still gets her extra credit and doesn't have to bother with talking about her hometown now.
I also liked that little insight into Valerie; she's a lot nicer than she lets on it would seem, at least to those she likes.
