She's a girl who brings a sweet new coat of paint to every street. She's the one they call Puff Plum. When this lovable little lady isn't skating (and floating) her way through the streets, she pumps herself up like a balloon and lets people tug her around on a string and feel her belly. In fact, she can take in way more air than others of her species before she goes pop. And to top off her balloony nature, Net's so nice that she even sees the likes of the Warheads as simply being misguided. Maybe you're taking forgiveness too far there girl. With happiness, kindness and roller skates, this high spirited poppable princess is gonna save the day. Even if her graffiti is a little messy.


The next step in the evolution of Puff Plum's design. Fun fact: I actually plan to keep the little balloon icon she uses as her graffiti mark for when the time comes for me to make Street Soul. Maybe I might give her another costume that can be unlocked that gives you back her purple gloves? Actual costumes for characters instead of recolours like with Bomb Rush Cyberfunk would be sweet!
