Kitty from the Danger Rangers cartoon has some fun with an inflatable scuba suit.
Before this request, I never even knew what Danger Rangers was. It's some sort of old school cartoon from the 2000s or even before that. Either way, I have to agree with Chase here: Kitty is one amazing balloon! I actually even gave her a balloon knot on her tail for good measure.
