Oh I know that. However, magical transformations were always a witches thing. Frog, newt, any other species really. So completely rewriting DNA to the other gender would really be no problem. They wanna dress like a girl, they could BE a girl...permanently with no take backsies with one single curse. lol. Besides. the Cinderella joke was just too good to pass up.
