What's inside the dolls

I will show you part of the process of making the dolls, which will be accepted from the end of the year.
Much of the production time is spent sculpting the model.
The quality of the model depends on how good or bad this process is, so we carefully carve out the model while looking at the character sheet to make it look like the model.
As I explain on my Twitter account, if there is no good substance, covering the model with fabric will not make it a good model.
Just filling it with cotton is not enough for a precise finish.

For fine engraving, cutters with sharp edges are also used.
The photo shows a rough cut from a block made in 2 hours using these cutters.
The finish is smoothed with a sanding machine of my own making (this is for work use, so it is not disclosed).
The body of any model up to 180 cm can be sculpted entirely with a cutter.
However, this method requires a special cutter blade.
Ordinary cutter blades are not sharp enough to make models like the ones I usually make.
For your reference, I will show you the cutter I use.
If it is available in your country, please try to use it.
