From the wiggling of his webbed toes and the rolling of his eyes, I think Jake was already tickled out of his mind at this point. Still only sensible to take the opportunity to test out your captive's tickle spots and get a little warmup during the journey prior to the main event and hard to resist tickling that belly or those webbed feet.
