Sister to Chien-Vai, and lost member of the pantheon, Chien-Léi is the only physical evidence of the Pantheon's existence outside of the Distortion World. Borne from the same pair of blades as Chien-Vai, she possesses the missing halves from his blades, but is forced to remain in the normal world due to the creation process ending outside the Distortion World.
