Lupin's pokemon, Zephyr the Lugia. He appears in Crash and while he's powerful, he's also a little dopey, easily excited, and has the attention span of a goldfish. He's quite cuddly and adorable, as well, if I do say so myself. Zephyr certainly loves to try and sit in anyone's lap...even though he's at least a hundred times their size. xD Especially Lupin; poor girl, she's always being bowled over by Zephyr.

I picture Lugia as very feathery, even if they don't convey it in the anime, except for whenever they find molting feathers from a Lugia here and there. I also pictured a Lugia's back feet as more like paws than bird-claws. They always looked more like paws in the anime, at the very least, to me. :) Used little reference; inspiration was drawn from my little Lugia plush that I got from the Anime Expo last year in L.A.

Hoping I can get some more this year when I go again!
