Original description: Have a funky birthday Dragovian15, I had fun making this one! Something tells me the cake isn't nearly as large as you'd like though...
It felt good to see how Dragovian15 really loved this image. It was really sweet and I especially love how Puff Plum is the balloon (of course she is) and how she came out lookin'! As for the green background, I used a mix of real locations and ones from JSRF to create it. I almost want to inflate Puff Plum some more now.
