Original description: Another request by ChasesCreations, swooping me back to a time when things were easier. I remember seeing the show this character came from back in 2005 and 2006. There actually was an episode in PBJ and Otter where Jelly is seen inflated, this was based on that episode.
Surprise surprise, Chase requested back to me pretty quick, now didn't he? I do indeed have memories of watching PB and J Otter as a kid. It's quite a classic compared to modern pickings. Also, Jelly kinda has a similar colour scheme to my character Puff Plum. Especially seeing how they both have purple hair and have inflated once. I'm pretty proud of the reflective shine I gave her and I used a similar background to the one that I did for Peex in her Astro Man form.
