Another great pizza classic from yours truly!
Here’s how I made it:
1-preheat oven to 425 and let dough rise (I used pre-made dough)
2-stretch dough (generously floured) out onto a baking disc into a thin, round disc all up to the edges
3-spread our choice bbq sauce (lightly as so not to burn the crust) onto crust, and remember: neatness counts!
4-add cheeses, meats and other favourite pizza toppings (I put on the meats first before adding the cheese, then topped with my favourite pizza fixings)
5-bake until cheese is bubbly gold and crust brown on the bottom (be careful not to burn!)
6-let cool for 5 minutes then slice and serve!
