Original description: I've been meaning to inflate Rotteen from Lapfox Trax AKA Halley Labs for quite some time. I guess this is good. Rotteen is the dedicated test subject for the experiments over at LapFox Halley. She always ends up getting inflated, melted and pushed into weird shapes where she can't move. Nevertheless, it's very satisfying for her.


That's my headcanon, at least. Rotteen being used for tfs, inflations and other such fun and games has loads of potential, and I sure hope that once Rotteen pops, she leaves a good bit of confetti behind! In the top you can probably guess which video game is faded into the massive wall of "ROTTEEN" text if you know me by now. Also, I REALLY should've made the bottom text much bigger, but hey! Rotteen's a fabulous balloon overall!
