Hope it helps you my friend, I self-medicate with DXM and diphenhydramine which isn't healthy perhaps but it's relaxing whilst I take niacin and vitamin C and B vitamins and magnesium to counteract it, chamomile pills too, caffeine, I like to try things <3

I was in a mental ward voluntarily earlier this year due to my self-medicating creating some strange and concerning symptoms, but it just changes perspectives a bit, broadens the horizon the more we live and try I believe <3

, I used to live in Uzbekistan, where for some reason such medicines are sold without a prescription. That's how I saved myself. In Russia it is impossible to buy medicine without a prescription, I always show a prescription, but doctors here don't want to strangle me with pills, as in Uzbekistan

Whichever path you choose, good luck with it! The main thing is that you feel better. I also studied everything in detail, as well as the biochemistry of the brain. I even wanted to become a doctor, and then a psychiatrist, but, unfortunately, nothing came of it because of scandals in college. I hate bullying and always respond to abusers, and then I ran away from college myself, and after that I didn't study anymore.

Now my life has gone in a different direction... It takes a long time to become a doctor, and I already have the love of my life and a lot of hobbies, along with work... And I'm afraid that my weak psyche will not allow me to remember a large amount of information. But I can still become a psychologist, when everything gets better, I will finish the courses of a psychologist x))

Yeah they tried to give me some stuff that just puts me to sleep for anxiety. like sure it works... but I'm even less productive and alive XD

That's good! I also had such drugs, but I could live because drowsiness is not a problem! But when it starts "I can't sit down, I can't get up from any action, I really want to crawl and fight in agony" - that's what prevents me from living...
