Lei walked over to Devil ignoring the warnings, Devil was an inflationist like the rest of them. He probably wasn't such a bad guy. "Hey Devil what are you doing?" Lei asked. "Well I am giving out free balloon rides without actually inflating anyone for once, I cause the balloons to take off with this nanotech supercharged helium" Devil answered. "Sounds like fun! I'd like to go for a ride" Lei said. "Alright let me get a balloon!" Devil said as he rummaged around underneath the crate. "uh-oh" he said as he stopped, "What is it?" Lei asked. "Lenoti I don't have any balloons. All I have are the seats" he said holding up a wooden plank with a large purple rubberband around it. Lei looked sad until he noticed the large purple hose coming from the tank. "I'm sorry Leno but you'll have to come back later when I have some balhmmmf..." Devil said as he was cut off by Lenoti shoving the hose in his mouth, Devil looked at Lenoti as he turned the valve on the tank.
