Given the possible range of Dasos's magic within his forest domain, that poor unfortunate paw might be imprisoned miles away on the other side of the forest. Though of course a poor bear can experience every second of the tickling sensations, with the added disorientation of not being able to see what's happening only feel the tickling of his poor sole and pads.
