The more death and destruction a Ghorgh unleashes, the more powerful it becomes. The influx of power causes it to mutate and turn into an even more violent daemon. It becomes a Brutal Ghrogh.

Increased size, a longer acidic tongue, and 2 more arms for ripping and tearing make this inhabitant of the Nether Realm into one of the most feared and loathed monsters of its kind.
If one encounters this abhorrent creature then truly there are only 3 actions one can take:
- run away as far as possible;
- fight back;
- self-terminate;
The latter option is suggested due to the fact that once a Brutal Ghorgh manages to restrain its chosen prey, it will torture it. Acidic bites, slow disembowelment, and other actions far too horrid to describe.

There is no negotiating with this daemon. Only death and suffering.
