I didn't ask before but what paint do you use?

the dark grey/black is gundam color titans blue 1 and the red is vallejo scarlet (gundam color red anime version ran out after the first coat) still learning the whole airbrush thing and i think mine puts out alot more paint that it should,but its super simple and put down coats well which is why i got it (being super cheap and having 5 swappable paint bottles helped too)

I hand paint most of my kits, the airbrush I have is just too finicky (cuz it's a make up airbrush but still works with paint), i use Reaper Miniature paint for all my projects and Rustoleum Matte finish for top coating and for final finish.

yeah ive hand painted till new but figured airbrush might make a full kit recolor like this a bit easier,results have been mixed but again,tis a learning experience and i kind of have customs like this waiting unpainted that id like to at least make some progress on,hopefully i can get a dedicated spot to use as a hobby set up in the future but for now the cheap portable booth in the garage will have to do,ive already gotten quite a bit of satisfaction from this project too which is nice
