Wearing a slime skirt that stands her out like a bus on a bicycle lane? It's Verily, resident of the golden sunset district Katsu! Calm, serene and with a strong sense of justice, she's seen the evil ways of the Tagger Team's enemies and wants to help the double Ts out as best as she can. After all, once corrupt gangs like Painshock and Grave Danger are done for, things will all be happy and normal again. Right?


Another debut of one of the Street Soul cast! I've actually had Verily as a character since somewhere before 2019. I've always liked the outlandish design of the Tanooki suit that Peach and Rosalina wear in Super Mario 3D World, and wanted to have a character with something similar for the longest time. In the end, Verily ended up being that character. She's really needing of a redesign, but I'm not sure whether to have her suit be made of clear slime or some sort of light source. And I cannot help but see similarities to Verily and JSRF's Rhyth. I mean, they both have one colour that dominates most of their outfit, and are found in pretty much the same area, since Katsu is the district where the Rokkaku-Dai-Heights of Street Soul is located pretty much.
