Kita is very familiar with the place, she's been hanging around the planet for a while and knows exactly where to find fun places to spend the time with her friend. Lara isn't sure that the 'beach' her friend is talking about is capable of handling the two of them.

At one point Lara discovered she also has the power of making portals, quickly getting excited for the many opportunities that have just opened up for her. On one of such trips she came across Kita, a kitsune lady with similar powers to her and they became friends quite fast. Kita was on a personal assignment to snuff out the civilization on the planet they were on. Lara had to think about whether she should help her out, as back home she used to unwind time and all the damage she did would be undone. In the end she's decided to tag along, as the planet was going to be destroyed regardless. Kita has had time to scout this planet before Lara's arrival and acted as a guide for her newfound companion. Kita has suggested a good beach where they could rest on the coast, but Lara wasn't sure this spot was large enough to hold them.
