A: Sylvester is (as usual) trying to catch Tweety but discovered that Pepé has made himself comfortable in the backyard and is trying to trick him into lowering his guard by pretending to be a lady skunk.
B: There is no trickery, maybe Sylvester is genuinely interested in a romantic relationship with Pepé?
C: Maybe it started as A and then turned into B?

The only thing I know for certain is that Sylvester is dressed as a lady skunk.
