This is Billy, Mandy, Mindy, and Sperg (from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy) as tentacled monsters akin to H. P. Lovecraft's cosmic monster, Cthulhu. Inspired by The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy's episode, "Prank Call of Cthulu".

In DustinOmniverse, in an alternate universe called Curse of Cthulhu, Cthulhu manages to find a way to spread his great demonic powers through his imprisonment inside the phone lines after the events of The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy episode, "Prank Call of Cthulhu". Doing so, he tricks Billy and Mandy into answering his call. Thus, he turns them both into tentacled monsters akin to himself. However, due to Billy's stupidity of messing with his phone's speaker mode, his happy-go-lucky and good nature got mixed with both Mandy and Cthulhu, making them happy and peace-loving. Sharing Billy's goodness, Cthulhu continues using his powers to turn everyone in Endsville into tentacled monsters with Billy's happiness and kindness (including Billy and Mandy's parents, Hoss Delgado, Mindy, Sperg, Irwin, Pud'n, Eris, Reginald Skarr, Nergal and his family, and so on). Consumed and influenced by Billy's happiness and kindness, the tentacled monster-turned citizens of Endsville became loving, caring, happy, and enjoy being tentacled monsters. After that, everyone in Endsville wanted to spread Cthulhu’s power, so they called everyone in the world (including crossover characters) and turned them all into tentacled monsters, and those who don't own any phones are transformed by other ways of communication (payphones, email, cryptic letters, and so on). With no time at all, all the humans on Earth has turned into tentacled monsters and are happy being tentacled monsters forever. With everyone on Earth transformed, Cthulhu has all the tentacled monsters to call the exact same number at the exact same time. Thus, freeing Cthulhu from his imprisonment inside the phone lines. Upon his release, everyone bowed at his presence as if he were their king. Thankful for being freed, Cthulhu terraforms Earth into an oozy, disgusting, Lovecraft-styled world as their new eternal paradise, renaming Earth as Lovecraft. Since that day, everyone lives happily forever as loving and caring tentacled monsters without war, conflict, and hate.

In many different New Animal Life dimensions (such as Tentacle-Earth), Cthulhu, as the cosmic creator of madness, has transformed the entire population into tentacled monsters. The tentacled monsters worship a god who's incarnated by Cthulhu himself, named Cthula. However, instead of being a malevolent being who drives anyone that gazes upon his form to insanity (like the original), Cthula is benevolent and makes everyone happy and peace-loving. The tentacled monsters all live modern civillian life, just like the humans, but all human history, fiction, pop culture, and so on has been replaced with tentacled monster concept. Their diet system rely on goop, glop, goo, schlop, insects, mud, slime, and such. They all celebrate birthdays and Cthulhu-styled holidays (Lovesharing day, Horrornight, Cthulamas, and such). Their currency relies on gold, silver, and cooper coins. While they have the original professional sports league organizations (NFL, MLB, NBA, etc.), they invented another professional sports league organization for orange fighting (like dodgeball and water balloons, but with baskets filled with oranges) called the Orange Fighting Federation (OFF).

As tentacled monsters, Billy is a lot more smarter than before. Mandy is nicer, sweeter, kinder, and can smile without causing reality to implode (like in The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy's episode, "My Fair Mandy"). Billy and Mandy no longer treat Grim as a slave, and they treat him with more respect and kindness like real friends. Mindy is no longer mean, rude, spoiled, snobby, self-centered, or annoying. Instead, she is sweet, polite, egoless, friendly, and is Mandy's best female friend. Sperg is no longer a bully and is another one of Billy's best friends, besides Irwin and Pud'n. Sperg and Mindy are also a loving couple together.
