Each of the five elements are represented inside the points of the pentagram; going clockwise from the top, Spirit, Water, Fire, Earth, Air. The moon cycles are on top and the zodiac signs below. The Wiccan Rede ("'An ye harm none, do as ye will") crowns it. I'm not Wiccan although I used to be. There's also a tonne of symbols interspersed throughout.
