SkekLong the Ritual Apprentice, eldest son of SkekZok the Ritual Master and SkekVar the General and future Ritual Master, always was very puzzled about the Emperor. Something was fishy about him… and himself. SkekLong did share traits with his mother, he had a similar beak shape, he had blue eyes, he had a similar hair color. And yet… sometimes looking at Emperor SkekSo felt like looking at a mirror of his older future self. He had the same muzzle shape, the same teeth, he had blue eyes too, he had luscious eyelashes, and he was the same body type (minus the fat that was smaller on younger Long, barely starting to age !) and height. There had to be a reason, but he always kept these questions to himself. Sometimes he would stare at him a bit too much without realizing, which would intrigue him but not much more. SkekSo, he, never noticed aby similarity. Not cared too much about anyine but himselg anyway to wonder things
Yes SkekLong is an Imperial bastard but nobody knows not even SkekZok because he had hoed around with 12 potential dads in total so always wondered who but for some reason even if the Skekling reminded them of someone neitger him nor SkekVar ever could put a finger on a name in particular
