Here some reasons:
1. some character is has dimension larger than 50X50pixels so I have to cropping it in 50x50pixel for DA Icon that may cause some parts is cut some part a little bit. (Example : Both Jill Valentine in 5 row from above and Bill from L4D)
2.Heavily details in original unspritified character for keeping its look like original so I must use both 2X2pixels for outline and 1X1pixel for details this is considerate as obviously bad way to make sprites. (Example : Bill and Francis from L4D , Leon from RE2 and All of COD characters)
3.disproportion of second frame. (Example : Barry and Wesker From RE1 Fox from Starfox)
4.It's my fault from laziness during making sprites.
