This is an indirect follow-up to the Mini-Me piece from last year, in which a young Abby Clapton, confronted with an older (and taller) version of herself, wondered if she should take up basketball. Here we see Abby (#76) doing just that, and seemingly getting trounced in the competition by her meerkat friend Lily Govender (#91). Meanwhile, Tiff Phillips (#83) has just narrowly avoided Lily's killer shot, while Sam Rhys (#80) and Tom Hughes (#88) stand aside and watch the proceedings.
For those of you who have read the original SPCM comic, you may recognise this as the basketball court where Jaws MacTaggart was nearly executed by firing squad. Presumably the fence has been repaired, and the brick wall added, in the years since then.
