This is Neon, he's one of several villains I have created. He's the first one I made actually! A very devious squirrel who won't hesitate on turning anyone who gets on his way into a brainless foot slave. The stronger they are, the more pleasure it gives him to subdue their minds. This goes for fellow hypnotists as well, as he's inmune to hypnosis, it's literally a part of him.
Many have fallen under his powerful trance. Although compared with his villain partners he can fall behind when it comes to raw strenght, he's far away from being a weak person. Soon you will get to see more from him, cuz he's a character I have used tons of times for hypno stuff.
