You can do some really grotesque things with Hero Forge...
I got the idea of a character forcing the heart of his victim out through his chest wall. Since I have nothing invested in these two characters, I left them gray and didn't put too much thought into their costumes. The guy in the back may be a wizard teaching the fighter in the front that skinny guys with sticks can inflict just as much damage as strong guys with swords.

A mage walked in the back of a group through a lichen covered courtyard when suddenly he felt a hard "Thud!" in the back and a wet feeling in his chest. He looks down and see in shock a skeletal hand sticking out through his chest, and while he watches the bony fingers curl backwards and suddenly the hand is pulled back, ripping his intestines with it...
A Rogue Skeleton just dealt pretty much max damage on its backstab and pretty much wasted a player if not the rest of the group had interfered with healing magic XD
